I found the hotel to be in a convenient location, surrounded by cafes and bars, which was great. The rooms were well-maintained, although some areas lacked proper heating. The service was friendly and helpful, though a bit too clinical at times. The dining options were varied, but not at the level I expected from a 4-star hotel.

I stayed in a room right above a stage in the shopping center below, which was a unique experience. The room itself was a bit small with limited storage space, but huge thanks to all the staff and the person who decorated room 220 on 26/11 for the quiet environment.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were new, clean, and made my trip to Porto much easier and enjoyable. The modern, trendy, and clean decor added to the comfort of the room, which was spotlessly clean. The staff were kind and professional, going above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The location was convenient for the Casa de Musica venue and nearby metro access. I enjoyed the dining options, especially the fresh and varied choices offered. Overall, a great value for a wonderful stay.
